Bed and Breakfast
The Love in a Cup Teahouse provides a fabulous breakfast included as part of your accommodation package. It offers one of the most nutritous Bed and Breakfast accommodation options in the local Frome area, with completely gluten and dairy free homemade food.
Breakfast is available between 7.00am and 9.00am week days and 8.00am to 9.30am on weekends. Breakfast is sourced from local Frome producers and suppliers where possible - please see our breakfast buffet menu below.
The Teahouse is open to both resident and non resident guests everyday. Please go to Love In A Cup page for opening times. Bed and breakfast accommodation is available for guests passing through the area, or those who want to stay a little while longer and get to know Somerset.

The Buffet
A slection of fruit juices, decaffeinated coffee and tea or loose leaf herbal tea.
Fresh fruit and nuts and soya yogurt, selection of cereals and museli with soya or coconut milk, pure fruit jams, honey and nut butters with gluten free toast or corn thins
Followed by a selection from the Menu
- Homemade Granola with coconut milk or soya yoghurt
- Homemade Nut Porridge with warm fruit puree
- Smoked Mackerel with Poached Egg & Tomatoes
- Your choice of Eggs on gluten free Toast
- Free Range Omelette with a varity of toppings
- Traditional Sausages & Scrambled Eggs with tomatoes and fresh herbs

Reception is open from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm weekdays and 9 am to 5 pm weekends. If you wish to arrive after 6.00 pm, it is very important that you let us know, so we can ensure you can gain access to the Lighthouse.
