MEETING & Conference venue in Somerset

The Lighthouse is delighted to present the brand NEW world class Conference facilities opened in Spring 2012, offering a wide range of venue hire options in Frome, Somerset. The location is perfect for a variety of events including business conferences, meetings, celebrations, training and team building workshops. It is only 2 hours from London, 1 hour from Bristol and 30 minutes from Bath.

Room Hire

The Sound Foundation Conference Hall (25m x 13m), seating up to 250 people in a theatre-style formation, is a purpose built conference hall for large groups. With far-reaching views over the Lighthouse parkland and beyond, this impressive venue has been finished to the highest standard and offers businesses and large groups a spacious venue option with great facilities. The cost of hire is £200 for the day (£140 half day) + VAT.

The Coach House (10m x 6m) - renovated in 2011 it provides a dedicated Meeting Room for up to 40 people, with modern facilities which include built in projector screen, sound and video. The cost of hire is £100 for the day (£60 half day) + VAT.

The Gable Room - Situated on the first floor The Gable Room has its own dedicated entrance, and can be blacked out making it perfect for presentations and small meetings (up to 4 people).  The cost of hire is £50 for the day (£30 half day) + VAT.

Venue Hire

For longer events, we can offer a 24 hour delegate rate (minimum of 8 people) to include Room Hire, 4 star Accommodation, and delicious food for the whole duration of your stay.

Food is served by Love in a Cup - our Teahouse that is open daily and serves healthy and delicious gluten and dairy free food - a selection of menus are available for you to choose from. For larger events, our catering team can create a tailor-made menu plan to suit the nature of the event.
