Starting on Thursday 7th February 2013, The Lighthouse will be offering an Esoteric Yoga course running over four consecutive weeks. This course is open to all, and no prior experience of conventional yoga is necessary. The class will take place in 'the Coachhouse' venue within the Lighthouse courtyard, and will start promptly at 11.30am for an hour.

Esoteric Yoga - a chance to simply stop! This gentle technique is an opportunity to spend time with yourself, helping develop your awareness of what is happening within your body, which gradually opens up the relationship to yourself in a new way, and the tendency to self-nurture outside of the classes. There are no challenging poses or expectations set, other than to be willing to take the time to connect to you and feel what your body is communicating to you.

Investment: £40 for the four week course (ie £10 per class)
