Esoteric Breast Massage
Today, most people live in excessive busyness and mental activity, living from the head and becoming numb to the body. Very few women appreciate the true purpose of our breasts as emanating centres of nurturing energy, when in connection with our ovaries and lymphatic system, and accept as normal a few lumps in their breast. As a result, we are seeing ever-increasing conditions of the breasts and reproductive system such as bloating, breast lumps and swelling, PMT and endometriosis.
A series of Esoteric Breast Massages begins by supporting women to feel gentle again. Inviting you to let go of the guarding and physical hardening that can result from the striving to provide for others, to succeed in demanding careers at the expense of yourself, or from your own negative feelings about you as a woman. Instead you can choose to re-connect to the stillness within, making your choices about how you live from an inner knowing, rather than an expectation imposed by the outside world of what you as a woman, a mother, or a partner 'should' be.
You'll come to understand that as you make different choices in life, they will result in different consequences and in so doing, you won't have to assume that conditions other women in your family have suffered, need be your 'fate'.
