Herbs are a great aid for staying truly-vital, nourishing and supporting the body and mind.

The word 'esoteric' comes from the Greek esoterikos meaning 'from within' or innermost. Connecting to our innermost allows us to feel the root cause underlying where there is disharmony. It also supports us to make self-empowering choices that honour our whole being, physically and metally/emotionally.
