According to the Coeliac Society (2009) around a quarter of adults diagnosed with coeliac disease are anaemic due to iron deficiency.

Chlorophyll

Chlorophyll is the name for the green pigment that is found in plants, and this brand is from a non-gluten source. Chlorophyll is said to be a great cleanser of toxins in the body and blood. It also contains high levels of magnesium.

Cherry Juice Concentrate

Cherry juice is said to have anti-inflammatory properties and may therefore be good for supporting fluidity of joints and muscles in the body.

Vanilla pure powder

Vanilla is a gentle soother for the nervous system. It is made from the pod of an edible orchid - the only know edible orchid in the world.

Olive Leaf complex

We are pleased to introduce a new supportive product to our range - a high strength Olive Leaf complex. It is rich in antioxidants and Olive Leaf Extract is said to be a good general support for the immune and vascular systems.

Love in a Cup at the Lighthouse is a meeting place with a difference. The menu we offer is 100% gluten and dairy free and all of our meals are homemade and lovingly prepared in our kitchen.

Our focus is on health and wellbeing and we are committed to offering delicious tasting food using only natural ingredients like olive oil, honey and syrups rather than refined sugars and hydrogenated fats in our food.  Our meat and eggs are free range and locally sourced where possible.

Love in a Cup is a meeting place with a difference. We serve great tasting homemade food using nothing but natural ingredients such as olive oil, honey and plenty of fresh herbs and spices - all set in a gorgeous Country House in 30 acres of Somerset countryside.
